However if you are trying to make your bed beautiful within your existing decor then make sure that it coordinates with it.
If you can't find a bedding design to match your room choose plain bedding and then add accessories to make your bed special. For instance plain cream or white bedding (to suit warm or cool color tones respectively) can look great with the addition of interesting colored or textured cushions and a throw which go well with your carpet, walls and curtains.

make your bed every day as soon as you get out of it so it always looks beautiful keep your bed linen fresh by laundering regularly and iron it smooth if necessary before replacing on the bed keep the rest of the room tidy, clean and free of clutter so the bed has the right backdrop
